We’re making your visit to Pitt as easy as possible for you, but our offer is limited and available on a first-come, first-served basis. Here’s how it works:
Your overnight accommodations, as guests of the University of Pittsburgh, will be at the Wyndham Pittsburgh University Center. Please book a room at Wyndham Pittsburgh University Center or call 412-682-6251, and identify yourself as a member of the MVP group.
The University will cover the cost of room and taxes for one room and one night only, but your personal credit card is required to hold the reservation. Your credit card will be charged if you do not cancel your hotel reservation by February 23. It will also be charged for incidentals such as room service, movie rentals, etc. student’s first and last name. Students MUST be accompanied by a parent or guardian to stay in the hotel and ride the bus. When making hotel reservations, we ask that you please make them in the student’s first and last name.
Ride to Pitt at 11:30 a.m. on Sunday, February 25 at the Greenbelt Metro Station (5717 Greenbelt Metro Drive), OR 10 a.m. on Sunday, February 25 at the Philadelphia Amtrak Station (2955 Market Street and 30th Street Station).
A representative of the University of Pittsburgh, will meet you and your parent(s)/guardian. Please arrive 15 minutes early. The bus will arrive at the Wyndham Pittsburgh University Center at approximately 4 p.m. on Sunday night. We will provide dinner and a diversity student organization fair.
Please check out of the Wyndham Pittsburgh University Center the next morning before coming to the program. We will store your bags in the Office of Admissions and Financial Aid during the program.
Return home – 4:15 p.m. on Monday, February 26. We will provide box dinners for your return trip.
