You serve as an important link between prospective Pitt students and the University. Helping students make the right college choice is complicated, and each of us in higher education is as unique as the students that you counsel. We thank you for supporting future Pitt Panthers and for your partnership with Pitt.
Applying to Pitt
The University of Pittsburgh operates on a rolling admissions policy. Students who are interested in the Pittsburgh campus are encouraged to apply early so that they will be reviewed promptly for our competitive scholarships and Guaranteed Admissions Programs, some of which have strict deadlines.
We offer group visits for school counselors, class trips, and professional organizations. If you are interested in getting to know our campus firsthand or setting up an opportunity for your students to visit Pitt, please contact our Visitor Center at 412-624-7717 or firstname.lastname@example.org.
To arrange visits to any of our regional campuses, please reach out to their respective admissions offices.
The University of Pittsburgh has five campuses as part of the University of Pittsburgh system, and each offers its own unique opportunities to Pitt students. Applicants to the Pittsburgh campus are encouraged to rank the Pitt campuses in order of preference on their application. We encourage students to do so because it helps the Admissions Committee match students with a Pitt campus that is the right fit for them.
