No matter what your ideal college experience looks like, the University of Pittsburgh offers the right fit for you. With five campuses across Western Pennsylvania, you’re bound to find that each campus is unique, and yet still distinctly Pitt. No matter where they are, all of our students Hail to Pitt. No matter what you want to get out of college, Pitt has a place for you.

All five campuses take pride in the prestige of the University of Pittsburgh name. Pitt is known for academic excellence, with 323,800+ alumni making their mark over the world.

All University of Pittsburgh applicants have the option to rank the Pitt campuses in order of preference on their application. This helps the Admissions Committee do its best to match you with a Pitt campus. If you do not rank campuses, the Committee will select a Pitt campus that they feel best matches your academic interests. You can learn more about how students are admitted into our regional campuses in this FAQ.

Please note: You may only have one University of Pittsburgh application active at a time across our five campuses. For a prompt review, please apply directly to the Pitt campus that is your first choice. To transfer your application to another campus, please contact the campus that has your current application on file and ask them to cancel it for you. You will then be able to apply to a different campus of your choice.
